Ninety Four Performance & Rehab was born from a simple belief: that optimal health requires treating the whole person, not just symptoms. I combine clinical expertise with athletic training to help you move better and live stronger.
At Ninety Four, I'm committed to providing integrated healthcare that addresses the root cause of pain and dysfunction. My mission is to empower every patient with the knowledge, treatment, and training they need to achieve lasting results.
I believe that everyone deserves access to the same level of care that professional athletes receive. That's why I built a private clinic where chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and strength training come together seamlessly — with one practitioner who knows your entire story.
My integrated approach means you won't be bounced between specialists. As your chiropractor, rehab specialist, and strength coach, I manage your entire care plan from start to finish, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Growing up in a Mexican household, I was always surrounded by family who worked hard and pushed through pain without complaint. That resilience shaped me, but it also taught me something important — toughness alone isn't enough. You need the right care to keep doing what you love.
I fell in love with an active lifestyle early on. Whether it was lifting weights, running, or stepping into the ring for combat sports, movement became my identity. But like most athletes, I've dealt with my own injuries along the way. I know what it's like to feel sidelined, frustrated, and unsure of how to get back. That personal experience is what drives me to help others navigate the same journey — with a plan, not just hope.
I earned my B.S. in Kinesiology from California State University, East Bay in 2021, then went on to complete my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life Chiropractic College West in 2025. I also hold a Barbell Rehab Certification and an Applied Performance Coach Certification, giving me the tools to take patients from the treatment table to the training floor.
I'm proud to serve the Richmond community, and I'm especially grateful to connect with Spanish-speaking patients and families who might not always feel comfortable in clinical settings. Whether we're talking in English or Spanish, my goal is the same: to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to be. Se habla español.
