Your bodyisn't broken. It's never hada real plan.
Most care stops at pain relief. We start there and keep going until you trust your body again.
What you won't getA real evaluation, a real plan, and a clear path back to strength.
Let's start with a conversationWhat we treat
Pain is the signal.Capacity is the fix.
We look past where it hurts to why it keeps hurting: how you move, what you can tolerate, and what your body is being asked to do. Then we build it back up.
Low Back
Disc-related pain, sciatica, stiffness, and flare-ups that keep coming back.
Neck & Upper Back
Neck pain, tension headaches, and the stiffness that comes with long days at a desk.
Shoulder
Rotator cuff pain, impingement, and pain with pressing or overhead work.
Elbow & Wrist
Tennis and golfer's elbow, grip pain, and wrist pain under load.
Hip
Hip flexor and glute tendon pain, groin strains, and that pinch at the front of the hip.
Knee
Patellar tendon pain, runner's knee, and knees that ache with squats or stairs.
Ankle & Foot
Ankle sprains, Achilles pain, and heel pain that hits first thing in the morning.
Return to Sport
Rebuilding after injury so you can lift, run, and play again with confidence.
Don't see yours? If it's keeping you from moving the way you want, we should talk.

THE PHASES OF CARE
01.
calm down
-
Calm the system enough that the body stops bracing against everyday movement. Persistent flare-ups make meaningful progress impossible, so this comes first.
-
Manual therapy paired with lighter, controlled movement, focused on reducing irritation and restoring basic tolerance. The intent isn't intensity, it's creating enough room to move without setbacks.
02.
Rebuild
-
With irritation under control, the focus shifts to rebuilding genuine capacity: strength, control, and confidence in movement. This is typically where clients begin to feel like themselves again.
-
Progressive strength and movement training, dosed to build capacity without setting you back. Manual therapy remains part of the process, but supervised rehab carries the majority of the work.
03.
performance
-
This phase moves beyond "feeling better" and more toward what you were actually working to achieve, whether that's lifting at full capacity, returning to competition, or moving through daily life without hesitation.
-
Training is scaled to match real-world demand, heavier loading, sport-specific work, or complete confidence in daily movement. Manual therapy plays a minimal role here.
INSIDE THE SESSION
Check-in
We start by talking through how you're responding to the plan, what's improved, what hasn't, and what's changed since last time. This isn't just us tracking progress; it's a two-way conversation. You have a say in what happens next. If something isn't working or your goals shift, the plan shifts with you.
MANUAL THERAPY
Adjustments, muscle release, scraping/blading, cupping, stretching, and soft-tissue work, applied where you actually need it that day. This creates room to move better, it doesn't replace the work that follows.
rehab
We use mobility and strength work, dosed to exactly where you're at, not too little to matter, not so much it sets you back. That's what creates real adaptation, the kind that sticks. Every session builds on the last, coached with you in the room, moving you closer to what you're actually trying to get back to. The manual work opens the door. This is what walks you through it.
